The college was established in 2018, founded by the Ramachandra Educational Trust with the vision to provide quality Pharmacy education to students across the nation. The college is affiliated to Puducherry University (PU), Puducherry, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
SVCP offers a comprehensive package of Pharmacy education and training opportunities through the courses of Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm. D), and plans to offer Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) courses in the upcoming academic years.
The primary focus of SVCP is to develop and promote the holistic development of pharmacy professionals through a well-balanced synchronization of curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. In addition, special emphasis is given on developing the inter-personal skills of students through seminars, webinars, and workshops etc. by eminent personalities.
At SVCP, state-of-the-art facilities, sufficiently equipped instruments, strategically organized laboratories, and qualified faculty members can help students succeed in the competitive world of pharmacy today.
